One of our students just got a job to work with a celebrity.
This review and more have been sitting in my inbox since the beginning of the month, but I forgot about sharing them until I got new reviews this morning. I’ve been promising to share more reviews from our community but I always forget. Now, this student joined our community in late 2024, and she was one of the most proactive students. She was mostly in class before me, and her fellow students thought she was an assistant.😅
This student is one of my sisters, and you can see it in our conversation. I’ve noticed that most of our winning students are the ones who are always proactive.Back to the story; she sent me a message on the 4th of January (look at the receipts) that she got a second job. I didn’t even remember she shared one before (that’s how reluctant I am about sharing reviews. I’ll change), so I asked her and she reminded me.
The mind-blowing one is that she got a job to manage a popular celebrity’s socials, and I’m glad her career path is coming together even as a beginner. The highlight for me was when she said “Shebi people said there are no jobs.” This shows that there are jobs everywhere and if you know your onions and how to position yourself, you’ll get opportunities. Some of the people working with big companies might not be better than you, but they know positioning and consistency. We made millionaires last year at Tech Sisi, and we will even make more this year. She told another sister about her win and now she’s planning to join us for the next cohort.
She also said she saw a lot of her friends joining our community.
