Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
- You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in the course.
- After 7 days, refunds are unfortunately not available.
Reasons for Refund Requests:
- You accidentally purchased the wrong course.
- The course content is not what you expected based on the description.
- You are unable to access the course materials due to technical difficulties on our end.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds cannot be processed for requests submitted after 7 days of enrollment.
- We cannot provide refunds for courses where you have accessed more than a minimal amount of content (e.g., completing assignments, watching a significant portion of lectures).
- Refunds cannot be given for situations beyond our control, such as technical difficulties on your own device or internet connection.
How to Request a Refund:
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please submit a request within 7 days of your enrollment by following these steps:

- In your request, include your order number, the name of the course you wish to return, and a brief explanation for requesting a refund.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 2 business days. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
